The other thing to concider is start a weight lifting program. Even 30 minutes of circuit training 3 times per week will increase your muscle mass and burn fat. It also increases the amount of calories you burn per day. Over a 12 week to 6 month period you will see huge improvements.
You must know that one pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories. This is science. You need to burn off 3500 calories to lose one pound. So if you want to lose 2 pounds per week. Eat 500 less calories per day and burn 500 calories per day. This equals 7000 calories or 2 pounds. If you do that for 12 weeks that would equal 24 pounds. So notice there is a little room to cheat. In fact it’s a very good idea to take one day off at least per week from exercise. And it’s a good idea to have at least one cheat meal per week. The shock and change to your body is good. The same goes if you try to over do it. If you decide to lose more than 2 pounds per day. We want to advise you not to do that. Your body goes into shock and starts to store fat. When you are hungry that is your body storing fat. Ideal diets result in you feeling better. You don’t have hunger pains and you should have more energy than normal after the first 10 days.
