It has been frequently stated that the key to happiness lies in living in the eternal moment, and to take the pleasure in the smallest things. The Orsimer, Nirn's underappreciated warrior-poets, have mastered these abilities. Though not many would venture to guess it, Orcs are actually Elves, and their mysterious origins have been the subject of study of many Imperial and Breton scholars. To meet them in person instills fear and respect, as tales of their battle exploits exist far and wide, inspiring many young men and Elves to emulate them. Still, it would be wrong to call the Orcs "brutes", for beneath their tough outer shell lies a yearning and reflective soul. Too many battles. Too much blood spilled. Too many lands conquered. When one has been in the forefront of victory after endless victory, one almost longs for defeat - and the chance to meet proud ancestors face-to-face.
