WRYE BASH
TNR conflicts with any Oblivion mod that changes or modifies its NPCs. In order to be able to use TNR with other great mods such as Francesco's, MMM, Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul (OoO) and others, you're going to have to use a special program entitled Wrye Bash (affectionately termed "the Swiss Army Knife of the Oblivion modding community") plus two little side programs that are essential to run Wrye Bash. Don't worry, you won't get lost since I'll be holding your hand all the way. Okay then, first, you're going to need four things:

1) A mod you wish to use TNR - ALL RACES FINAL with, such as MMM, Francesco's, or OoO, or others.
Basically any overhaul mod that changes a lot of NPCs in any way.
2) The latest version of Wrye Bash.
3) Python-2.5. Authorize the installation process after the download is complete.
4) wxPython 2.8.0.1 ANSI for python 2.5. As with Python 2.5, also authorize the installation process after
   downloading.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For additional installation instructions (and a whole lot more on this indispensable program), please visit the official Wrye Bash homepage.

Ready? Good. Now let's do this.

Step 1. Install Wrye Bash. As Wrye states on his website, simply unzip (i.e. "extract") the files into your Oblivion installation directory. If you've done this correctly, bash.py and other bash files will be found under Oblivion\Mopy.

Step 2. Make sure you have a "Bashed Patch" file in your Oblivion/Data directory. if you don't have one, navigate to your Oblivion\Mopy\Extras directory, copy the file that says "Bashed Patch, 0", and paste it into your Oblivion\Data folder.

Step 3. Start Wrye Bash. Double click on the shortcut icon entitled "Wrye Bash for Python 2.5". Better yet, install the icon directly to your desktop, as you'll probably be using it often. The icon itself looks like this:

Step 4. Deselect the TNR mods in the main mods listing. Doing this insures clean TNR face merges into the Batched Patch when it's updated.

Step 5. TNR load order. Ensure that your newest TNR mods are in the right sequence. Newest ones should be near the top after the Bashed Patch.

Step 6. Right click "Bashed Patch" and select 'Update Patch..."

Step 7. Select "NPC Faces". Once you get to know this sweet little program a bit better, you may want to select "Leveled Lists" as well, since doing so means that changes made to the list governing random encounters, items, and spells will also be merged. But for now, simply choosing "NPC Faces" is fine.

Step 7. Update the patch. Click "OK", and watch Wrye Bash perform its magic. All TNR faces will be snatched and merged in on top of whatever overhaul mod you're using (Oscuro's, Martigen's Monster Mod, Francesco's, etc). These updates will be automatically included within the patched mod. You'll also get a final count telling you exactly how many faces were "grabbed". If you're using TNR ALL RACES FINAL, that figure should be exactly 1,201.

Step 8. Shut down Wrye Bash. That's it. You're done. Not that difficult eh? Now, when you launch the game, make sure you have both your overhaul as well as the Batched Patch checked and your TNR mod unchecked and loaded last.

Now hurry up and play!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep your TNR mod(s) compatible with additional mods you use in the future simply by performing updates from time to time. The process is easy: just select the Bashed Patch, right click, and select "Update Patch", then click "OK". According to Wrye, the Patch will automatically remember its last configuration.
(Bash shortcut icon).

Not all of these mods are required to enjoy TNR. If you like the new look of all ten races, just use TNR All Races Final - it contains all of them in one. Use TNR for Shivering Isles as well as  TNR All Races Final if you have the Shivering Isles Expansion pack.
